Be careful not to get water on your sturdy little iPad. Of course, you should not use it in your bathtub, but you really ought not use it in rainy conditions or when it is very humid either. Water will certainly damage your iPad.
If your iPad is not charging when you plug it in the front of a computer, try to plug it in the back. Your computer's USB ports are not equal in the power they give off. If you still have trouble, simply purchase an adapter for a wall socket.
If your television is an Apple, you can stream content from your iPad to view on it. Use the Airplay icon. Just tap it once, and whatever you are looking at on your iPad will appear on the television screen. It should show up quickly, in just a matter of a few seconds.

You do not have to do this if you are in a different place, this is why you can do it this way. If you want to dim your screen, tap the home home button a couple of times and swipe on the screen until the brightness setting appears. This allows you to control your brightness level.

Most people hold an iPad on its sides when they take a photo. This will move the shutter button, which can wobble when shooting a photo. Try using the orientation lock. The shutter button will be easier to access since it will be near your thumb. After you snap your photo, use your editor feature to shift your images or videos.
It easy to access the currently running apps on your iPad. If you click the Home button twice, you can see the running apps along the screen's bottom. You can easily switch to a running app, by just tapping on it in the bar. Swipe downward on the screen to make the bar disappear.

If you've got kids and you're worried about what they can watch on your iPad, change the block controls on your device. Just click on settings and turn on parental controls. With the iPad you can set parental settings to block and harmful content.
There is a feature that allows you to find a lost iPad. Enter Settings and then look at iCloud. Enter your Apple ID before turning on the Find My iPad feature. If you ever lose the device, just go to iCloud.com.
If you've got a frozen iPad, do a soft reset which will reboot the device. Hold down both the power and home buttons for a few seconds. This will cause the device to restart. To force an app closed, hold down the home button around a few seconds.
